Al-Insan 2 of 2
Verily! It is We Who have sent down the Quran to you (O Muhammad SAW) by stages. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 and in the night prostrate to Him; and exalt Him for a long night. 26 Indeed, these love the hasty life, and are heedless and leave behind them a heavy Day. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 This chapter is a reminder. Let those who want, seek guidance from their Lord. 29 And you do not please except that Allah please, surely Allah is Knowing, Wise; 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
True are the words of God the Almighty.
