Say, "All praise be to God, and peace be upon those servants of His whom He has chosen. Is God better, or what they associate with Him? 59 Who is it that has created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you water from the sky and then We caused to grow therewith orchards full of beauty whose trees you could never grow. Is there any god associated with Allah (in these tasks)?" Nay, they are a people who are veering away from the Right Path. 60 Is not He (better than your gods) Who has made the earth as a fixed abode, and has placed rivers in its midst, and has placed firm mountains therein, and has set a barrier between the two seas (of salt and sweet water). Is there any ilah (god) with Allah? Nay, but most of them know not. 61 Nay - who is it that responds to the distressed when he calls out to Him, and who removes the ill [that caused the distress,] and has made you inherit the earth? Could there be any divine power besides God? How seldom do you keep this in mind! 62 Is not he best Who guideth you in the darknesses of the land and the sea, and Who sendeth the winds as heralds before His mercy. Is there any god along with Allah? Exalted be Allah from all that they associate! 63 Or, Who originates creation, then repeats it, and who gives you sustenance from heaven and earth? (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Say, "Bring forth your argument, if ye are telling the truth!" 64 Say: No one in the heavens and the earth knows the unseen but Allah; and they do not know when they shall be raised. 65 nay, but their knowledge fails as to the Hereafter; nay, they are in doubt of it; nay, they are blind to it. 66
