And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
