Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises all beings in the heavens and on earth do celebrate, and the birds (of the air) with wings outspread? Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer and praise. And Allah knows well all that they do. 41 And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the return (of all). 42 Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight. 43 Allah turns about the night and the day (to succeed one another); surely, in this there is a lesson for those who have eyes. 44 Allah has created every moving (living) creature from water. Of them there are some that creep on their bellies, some that walk on two legs, and some that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Verily! Allah is Able to do all things. 45 Verily We have sent down revelations and explained them. Allah guideth whom He will unto a straight path. 46 They say, "We have believed in God and the Messenger and we have obeyed them." Then a group of them turn away from their (belief). They are not believers. 47 And when they are called to Allah and His Apostle that he may judge between them, lo! a party of them turn aside. 48 But if the right is theirs, they come to him in prompt obedience. 49 Is there in their hearts a disease, or have they doubts, or fear they lest Allah and His messenger should wrong them in judgment? Nay, but such are evil-doers. 50
