O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters, as well as all [other] believing women, that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public]: this will be more conducive to their being recognized [as decent women] and not annoyed. But [withal,] God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace! 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those who have a disease in their hearts, and those who make a commotion in the City do not desist, We will surely urge you against them. Then they will be your neighbors for only a little (while), 60 Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 The people will question thee concerning the Hour. Say: 'The knowledge of it is only with God; what shall make thee know? Haply the Hour is nigh.' 63 God has cursed the unbelievers, and prepared for them a Blaze, 64 therein to abide beyond the count of time: no protector will they find, and none to bring them succour. 65 On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: "Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." 66 They will say, "Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and elders and they caused us to go astray. 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
