It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 And it is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
