۞ Say: 'O My worshipers, who have sinned excessively against themselves, do not despair of the Mercy of Allah, surely, Allah forgives all sins. He is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 53 And turn penitently unto your Lord and submit unto Him ere there cometh unto you the torment, and then ye shall not be succoured. 54 And follow the better (guidance) of that which is revealed unto you from your Lord, before the doom cometh on you suddenly when ye know not, 55 "Lest the soul should (then) say: 'Ah! Woe is me!- In that I neglected (my duty) towards Allah, and was but among those who mocked!'- 56 Or, lest it should say: had Allah but guided me, I should surely have been of the God-fearing! 57 Or (lest) he should say when he sees the torment: "If only I had another chance (to return to the world) then I should indeed be among the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112)." 58 But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers. 59 And on the Day of Resurrection you will see those who lied about Allah [with] their faces blackened. Is there not in Hell a residence for the arrogant? 60 But, Allah will save those who fear Him with their winnings (Paradise). No evil shall touch them, nor shall they ever grieve. 61 Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Guardian and Disposer of all affairs. 62 To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. Those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah they are the losers. 63
