Indeed the tree of Zaqqum, – 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like boiling water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 In gardens and springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success! 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
