The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He who purifies himself, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
