Al-Nesaa 14 of 24
Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! 97 But excepted shall be the truly helpless - be they men or women or children - who cannot bring forth any strength and have not been shown the right way: 98 as for them, God may well efface their sin - for God is indeed an absolver of sins, much-forgiving. 99 ۞ Whoso emigrates in the way of God will find in the earth many refuges and plenty; whoso goes forth from his house an emigrant to God and His Messenger, and then death overtakes him, his wage shall have fallen on God; surely God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 100
