The Bee (Al-nahl)

128 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Cave (Al-Kahf) before Noah (Noah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Allah's commandment has come, therefore do not desire to hasten it; glory be to Him, and highly exalted be He above what they associate (with Him). 1 He sends down the angels with the soul of faith – the divine revelations – towards those among His bondmen He wills that, “There is no worship except for Me, therefore fear Me.” 2 He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all they associate as partners with Him. 3 He has created man from a sperm-drop; and behold this same (man) becomes an open disputer! 4 He created the cattle from whom you get warm clothing and (other) advantages, and some you eat. 5 In them there is beauty for you when you bring them home and when you lead them to pasture. 6 They carry your burdens to lands so distant you could not have reached without much hardship. Indeed your Lord is compassionate and kind. 7 And (He has created) horses, mules and donkeys, for you to ride and as an adornment. And He creates (other) things of which you have no knowledge. 8 And upon Allah is the direction of the way, and thereof is some crooked; and had He willed He would have guided you all. 9
