And truly, this (the Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists), 192 The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down 193 to your heart, so that you will warn (the people of the dangers of disobeying God). 194 in clear Arabic speech. 195 (a revelation embodied) in the scriptures of the ancients. 196 Is it not a sign to them that the learned men of the Israelites know it? 197 Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs, 198 And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it. 199 Thus do We cause unbelief to enter the hearts of sinners. 200 They will not believe in it until they see the grievous Penalty; 201 So that it will come upon them suddenly, when they perceive not. 202 Then they will say: Shall we be respited? 203 Do they then ask for Our Penalty to be hastened on? 204 But hast thou ever considered [this]: If We do allow them to enjoy [this life] for some years, 205 and then what they were promised comes to them, 206 none of their luxuries will be able to save them from the torment? 207 Never have We destroyed a habitation till We had sent admonishers to them 208 By way of reminder, and We have never been unjust. 209 The satans did not bring down this (Clear Book), 210 It would neither suit them nor would they be able (to produce it). 211 Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed. 212 So do not call upon another god with Allah, lest you should be one of those who are punished. 213 And warn your tribe (O Muhammad SAW) of near kindred. 214 And take those believers under your wing who follow you. 215 And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing." 216 And rely thou upon the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who sees you when you stand up. 218 and [sees] thy behaviour among those who prostrate themselves [before Him]: 219 He is All-hearing and All-knowing." 220 Shall I inform you, (O people!), on whom it is that the evil ones descend? 221 They descend on every forgerer steeped in sin, 222 on those who whisper hearsay in the ears of people; and most of them are liars. 223 As for poets, only the wayward follow them. 224 Have you not seen how they wander in every valley, 225 preaching what they do not practice. 226 Except those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, and remember Allah much, and reply back (in poetry) to the unjust poetry (which the pagan poets utter against the Muslims). And those who do wrong will come to know by what overturning they will be overturned. 227
