And We have certainly diversified [the contents] in this Qur'an that mankind may be reminded, but it does not increase the disbelievers except in aversion. 41 Say, [O Muhammad], "If there had been with Him [other] gods, as they say, then they [each] would have sought to the Owner of the Throne a way." 42 Purity and Supremacy are to Him from what they utter, a Great Supremacy! 43 There hallow Him the seven heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein. And naught there is but halloweth His praise, but ye understand not their hallowing; verily He is ever Forbearing, Forgiving. 44 And when you read the Qur’an O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings upon him), We created an invisible barrier between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter. 45 And We place upon their hearts veils lest they should understand it, and in their ears a deafness; and when thou makest mention of thy Lord alone in the Qur'an, they turn their backs in aversion. 46 We know best what they listen to when they listen to you, and when they take counsel secretly, when the unjust say: You follow only a man deprived of reason. 47 See the kind of examples they invent for you! They therefore strayed, so cannot find a path. 48 And they say, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected as a new creation?" 49 Say: "[You will be raised from the dead even though] you be stones or iron 50 ۞ Or some other creature of those which are too hard (to receive life) in your minds! But they will say: Who will return us? Say: Who created you at first. Still they will shake their heads at you and say: When will it be? Say: Maybe it has drawn nigh. 51 The Day whereon He will call you, and ye will answer with His praise, and ye will imagine that ye had tarried but little. 52
