1/4 Hizb 39
< random >
The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 We and our fathers were promised this before; these are but old stories." 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 Do not sorrow for them, nor be thou straitened for what they devise. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 just as thou canst not lead the blind [of heart] out of their error; none canst thou make hear save such as [are willing to] believe in Our messages, and thus surrender themselves unto Us. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
