Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 Raging Fire. 11
