Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 Those who make a display (of their deeds). 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
