Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
