When God said: "O Jesus, I will take you to Myself and exalt you, and rid you of the infidels, and hold those who follow you above those who disbelieve till the Day of Resurrection. You have then to come back to Me when I will judge between you in what you were at variance." 55 Then as for those who disbelieved I shall torment them with a severe torment in the world and the Hereafter, nor shall have they any helpers. 56 But those who believe and do good deeds shall be given their recompense in full; but God does not love the unjust. 57 This We recite to you of the communications and the wise reminder. 58 Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is. 59 This is the truth from thy Lord, wherefore be thou not of those who dubitate. 60 Tell those who dispute this with you even after the knowledge that has reached you: "Come, let us gather our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, and pray and solicit God to condemn those who lie." 61 This undoubtedly is the true narrative; there is none worthy of worship except Allah; and Allah is the Almighty, the Wise. 62 And if they turn away [from this truth] - behold, God has full knowledge of the spreaders of corruption. 63
