So I swear by what you see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
