And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 We have spread out the earth, fixed mountains thereupon and caused everything to grow to its proper weight 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 And We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come]. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
