ART THOU NOT aware of how far they who call God's messages in question have lost sight of the truth? 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged 71 Through boiling water, and then burnt in the Fire. 72 It will then be said to them, “Where are the partners you used to appoint?” – 73 "In derogation of Allah?" They will reply: "They have left us in the lurch: Nay, we invoked not, of old, anything (that had real existence)." Thus does Allah leave the Unbelievers to stray. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 “Enter the gates of hell, to remain in it forever”; so what a wretched destination for the haughty! 76 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And whether we let thee see a part of that which We promise them, or (whether) We cause thee to die, still unto Us they will be brought back. 77 We sent Messengers before thee; of some We have related to thee, and some We have not related to thee. It was not for any Messenger to bring a sign, save by God's leave. When God's command comes, justly the issue shall be decided; then the vain-doers shall be lost. 78
