And when Allah said: O Isa, I am going to terminate the period of your stay (on earth) and cause you to ascend unto Me and purify you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve to the day of resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, so l will decide between you concerning that in which you differed. 55 I shall sternly punish the unbelievers in this life and in the life to come and no one will help them. 56 And as for those who believed and worked righteous works, He shall repay them their hires in full, and Allah loveth not the wrong-doers. 57 What We recite to you consists of signs and wise admonition. 58 Surely the likeness of Isa is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was. 59 [This is] the truth from thy Sustainer; be not, then, among the doubters! 60 And if anyone should argue with thee about this [truth] after all the knowledge that has come unto thee, say: "Come! Let us summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves; and then let us pray [together] humbly and ardently, and let us invoke God's curse upon those [of us] who are telling a lie." 61 And this verily is the true account. There is no god but God, and God is all-mighty and all-wise. 62 And if they turn away (and do not accept these true proofs and evidences), then surely, Allah is All-Aware of those who do mischief. 63
