▼ 74 The Hidden Secret
Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
Nay! By the moon 32 And the night when it withdraweth 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 Lo! this is one of the greatest (portents) 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 a warning to everyone of you whether he would like to come forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 “Nor used to feed the needy.” 44 “And used to dwell on evil matters with those who think evilly.” 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 till the Certain came to us.' -- 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 like frightened donkeys 50 fleeing before a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 No! They do not fear the Hereafter -- 53 Nay, verily, this is an admonition 54 Let him who will take heed: 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
