In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Read: In the name of thy Lord Who createth, 1 Created man from a clot. 2 Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,- 3 The One Who taught to write with the pen. 4 Has taught man that which he knew not. 5 Yes indeed, man is surely rebellious. 6 Because he sees himself free from want. 7 Indeed, to your Lord is the return. 8 Have you seen him who restrains 9 a worshipper from praying? 10 Did you consider: what if he is on the Right Way, 11 or bade to godfearing -- 12 Seest thou if he denies (Truth) and turns away? 13 Does he, then, not know that God sees [all]? 14 Nay! if he desist not, We would certainly smite his forehead, 15 A lying, sinful forelock! 16 Then let him call upon his henchmen! 17 We shall call on the guards of Hell. 18 No! Do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near [to Allah]. ۩ 19
