O you who believe, do not practice usury, charging doubled and redoubled (interest); but have fear of God: you may well attain your goal. 130 And fear the Fire, which has been prepared for the disbelievers. 131 And obey Allah and the Messenger, that you may be shown mercy. And hasten to the for-giveness of your Lord and to a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the God-fearing who spend in the way of Allah both in plenty and hardship, who restrain their anger, and forgive others. Allah loves such good-doers." 132 ۞ And hasten to a forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as heaven and earth, prepared for the cautious 133 who expend in prosperity and adversity in almsgiving, and restrain their rage, and pardon the offences of their fellowmen; and God loves the good-doers; 134 And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know. 135 For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens beneath which rivers flow – abiding in it forever; what an excellent reward for the performers (of good deeds)! 136 There have been examples before you. Journey in the land and see what was the fate of the liars. 137 This is an exposition unto mankind and a guidance and an admonition unto the God-fearing. 138 And do not be negligent nor grieve – it is you who will be victorious if you are believers. 139 If you get hurt, certainly others have also experienced injuries. We have made people pass through the different turns of history so that God would know the true believers, have some of you bear witness to the people's deeds, {God does not love the unjust} 140 And that Allah may purge those who believe and destroy the infidels. 141 Or deemed ye that ye would enter paradise while yet Allah knoweth not those of you who really strive, nor knoweth those (of you) who are steadfast? 142 You previously longed for death (in the way of Allah): now you have faced it, observing it with your own eyes. 143
