Do the disbelievers reckon that they can choose My bondmen as protecting friends beside Me? Lo! We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 102 Say: "Shall we tell you who are the greatest losers in whatever they may do? 103 They are those whose efforts have been wasted in the life of the world while they thought they were doing good. 104 "They are those who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 105 This is their reward – hell – because they disbelieved, and made a mockery of My verses and My Noble Messengers. 106 As to those who believe and work righteous deeds, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise, 107 there they will abide for ever, with no desire to be removed from there." 108 SAY: "If all the sea were ink for my Sustainer's words, the sea would indeed be exhausted ere my Sustainer's words are exhausted! And [thus it would be] if we were to add to it sea upon sea." 109 Say: I am only a mortal like you. My Lord inspireth in me that your Allah is only One Allah. And whoever hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work, and make none sharer of the worship due unto his Lord. 110
