What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) are only a warner for those who fear it, 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
