The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
