The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
