▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
