Surely the state of triumph awaits the God-fearing: 31 gardens and vineyards 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 and an overflowing cup. 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 all this will be a recompense, a gift, that will suffice them, from your Lord, 36 Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. 37 The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right. 38 That is without doubt the True Day, so, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)! 39 Lo! We warn you of a chastisement near at hand; the Day when a man will look on what his own hands have sent forth, and the unbelievers shall say: “Oh would that I were utter dust.” 40
