AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allah's Message). 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 And woe unto those who disbelieve, from (that) their day which they are promised. 60
