What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 The extent of its knowledge goes to your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
