BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 51 Therein are two kinds of every fruit. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Upon thrones are the women who do not gaze at men except their husbands, and before them, are untouched by any man or jinn. 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught but goodness? 60 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 61 And beside them are two other gardens, 62 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In both of them live springs gush forth. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Neither human nor jinn will have touched them before. 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
