The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
WHEN THE SUN is shrouded in darkness, 1 When the stars fall, losing their lustre; 2 the mountains are scattered about as dust, 3 the young barren camels are abandoned, 4 when the savage beasts shall be mustered, 5 and when the seas boil over, 6 And when souls are reunited, 7 and when the girl-child that was buried alive is made to ask 8 For what crime she was put to death; 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 when heaven is stripped, 11 when Hell is set ablaze, 12 And when the garden is brought nigh, 13 (Then) every person will know what he has brought (of good and evil). 14 So verily I call to witness the planets - that recede, 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 And by the night as it closes in 17 And by the dawn as it brightens; 18 Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 19 having power, with the Lord of the Throne secure, 20 The one who is obeyed, and trustworthy. (Other angels obey angel Jibreel). 21 Your companion is not mad. 22 he truly beheld [the angel - beheld] him on the clear horizon; 23 he is not grudging of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this the word of a stoned satan. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 This [message] is no less than a reminder to all mankind 27 For those of you who desire to walk the path that is straight, 28 However, you will not be able to choose anything unless God, Lord of the Universe wills it to be so. 29
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
