The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
