Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 My Lord! then place me not among the wrong-doing people. 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel evil by what is best; We know best what they describe. 96 Say, "Lord, I seek your protection against the strong temptations of the devils. 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 Then as for him whose good deeds are preponderant, these are the successful. 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 'What, were My signs not recited to you, and you cried them lies?' 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people. 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 'Slink you into it,' He shall say, 'and do not speak to Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day: but ask those who keep account." 113 [Whereupon] He will say: "You have spent there but a short while: had you but known [how short it was to be]! 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Then high exalted be God, the King, the True! There is no god but He? the Lord of the noble Throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
