The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
