Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
