Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, the Mighty, the Forgiver. 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed My spirit into him, prostrate yourselves before him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 and My curse shall remain upon you till the Day of Resurrection.” 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Save Thy single-minded slaves among them. 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
