He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have children when He has no wife? He created all things and He is the All-Knower of everything. 101 He is God your Lord. There is no God but He. He has created all things. Worship Him for He is the Guardian of all things. 102 The eyes attain Him not, but He attains the eyes; He is the All-subtle, the All-aware. 103 To you have come signs from your Lord, (and the light of understanding). So any one who sees (and understands) does so for himself, and any one who turns blind shall suffer the consequences alone. (Say:) "I am not a guardian over you (to make you understand)." 104 And thus do We give many facets to Our messages. And to the end that they might say: "Thou hast taken [all this] well to heart," and that We might make it clear unto people of [innate] knowledge, 105 So follow what is sent down to you by your Lord, for homage is due to no one but God, and turn away from idolaters. 106 But if Allah had willed, they would not have associated. And We have not appointed you over them as a guardian, nor are you a manager over them. 107 And insult not those whom they (disbelievers) worship besides Allah, lest they insult Allah wrongfully without knowledge. Thus We have made fair-seeming to each people its own doings; then to their Lord is their return and He shall then inform them of all that they used to do. 108 They have sworn by God the most earnest oaths if a sign comes to them they will believe in it. Say: 'Signs are only with God.' What will make you realize that, when it comes, they will not believe? 109 We confound their hearts and their eyes. As they believed not therein at the first, We let them wander blindly on in their contumacy. 110
