Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say: "This is a momentous message, 67 yet you ignore it. 68 "I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 He (satan) replied: 'I am better than he. You created me from fire, and You created him from clay' 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 "And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
