Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
