Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7
True are the words of God the Almighty.
