And recall what time Musa said unto his page: I shall not cease until I reach the confluence of the two seas, or I shall go on for ages. 60 But when they reached the Junction, they forgot (about) their Fish, which took its course through the sea (straight) as in a tunnel. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 Moses said: "That is what we were looking for." So the two turned back, retracing their footsteps, 64 So they found a bondman* from amongst Our (chosen) bondmen, to whom We had given mercy from Us, and had bestowed the inspired knowledge from Ourselves. (* Hazrat Khidr – peace be upon him.) 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He said: verily thou wilt not be able to have with me patience; 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 "You will find me patient if God wills," said Moses; "and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said: If you would follow me, then do not question me about any thing until I myself speak to you about it 70
