And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 It is He who gives life and causes death and it is He who alternates night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say: 'Whose is the earth, and whoso is in it, if you have knowledge?' 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
