Hizb 46

And indeed Yunus is one of the Noble Messengers. 139 He ran away to the laden ship, 140 And then they cast lots, and he was the one who lost; 141 Then the fish swallowed him, while he was blameworthy. 142 Had he not been one of those who glorify Allah, 143 He would have remained in its belly till the day when all will be raised. 144 ۞ But We caused him to be cast forth on to the beach, sick as he was, 145 And We grew a tree of gourd (as a shelter) above him. 146 We sent him to a hundred thousand men or more, 147 And they believed; so We permitted them to enjoy (their life) for a while. 148 AND NOW ask them to enlighten thee: Has thy Sustainer daughters, whereas they would have [only] sons? 149 or is it that We have created the angels female, and they [who believe them to be divine] have witnessed [that act of creation]? 150 Now surely it is of their own lie that they say: 151 " Allah has begotten," and indeed, they are liars. 152 Hath He chosen daughters above sons? 153 What ails you that you judge in such a wise? 154 Do you not understand? 155 Do you have any clear authority for such claims? 156 Bring your Book, if what you say is true! 157 And they have invented a kinship between Him and the jinns, but the jinns know well that they have indeed to appear (before Him) (i.e. they will be brought for accounts). 158 Glorified be Allah from that which they attribute (unto Him), 159 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 160 Wherefore verily neither ye nor that which ye worship, 161 Can mislead anyone away from Him, 162 except for he who shall roast in Hell. 163 As for us, there is none but has an appointed station. 164 "And we are truly those who stand in rows, 165 And we are most surely they who declare the glory (of Allah). 166 And indeed they (Arab pagans) used to say; 167 If we had the account of earlier people with us, 168 We would certainly have been the servants of Allah-- the purified ones. 169 They have rejected the Quran. They will soon know the consequences (of their disbelief). 170 We have already given Our promise to Our Messengers 171 that it is certainly they who will be helped; 172 And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones. 173 So you ignore them for a time 174 Watch them: they will soon see. 175 So are they being impatient for Our punishment? 176 When it descends on their courtyards, how terrible that morning will be for those who were warned! 177 Withdraw from them awhile 178 And watch, for they will (soon) see. 179 Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe. 180 And peace be on the Messengers! 181 And all the praise and thanks be to Allah, Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 182
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat). Sent down in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
