The human says: 'What, when I am dead, shall I be raised to life?' 66 Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 and thereupon We shall, indeed, draw forth from every group [of sinners] the ones that had been most determined in their disdainful rebellion against the Most Gracious: 69 Then, surely it is We who are most knowing of those most worthy of burning therein. 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 We have destroyed so many generations before them, who surpassed them in material power and splendour. 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 Allah will increase those who were guided in guidance and things that abide. Good deeds are better in reward with your Lord, and, better in return. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have chosen (other) gods beside Allah that they may be a power for them. 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
