He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ HE FROWNED and turned away 1 when the blind came to him. 2 How could you know? Perhaps he would cleanse himself, 3 or receive some (Quranic) advice which would benefit him. 4 For him who does not care, 5 To him you give attention. 6 And not upon you [is any blame] if he will not be purified. 7 But he who comes to you running, 8 And he fears, 9 of him you were unmindful. 10 By no means! Verily it is an admonition. 11 Therefore let whoso will, keep it in remembrance. 12 On honourable pages. 13 uplifted, purified, 14 In the hands of scribes (angels). 15 Honourable and Pious and Just. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 From what thing did He create him? 18 Out of a sperm-drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him, 19 Then doth He make His path smooth for him; 20 Then He causes him to die, then assigns to him a grave, 21 Then, when He willed, He brought him out. (As during the night of Holy Prophet’s ascension, when all the Prophets gathered behind him in the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. Or when Allah will raise everyone on the Day of Resurrection.) 22 No indeed! Man has not accomplished His bidding. 23 So let man just consider his food: 24 We poured water, pouring it in great abundance, 25 and split the earth, splitting, 26 Thereby produced grain in it. 27 And grapes and clover, 28 and olives, and palms, 29 thickly planted gardens, 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 32 AND SO, when the piercing call [of resurrection] is heard 33 On the day when a man fleeth from his brother 34 mother, father, 35 And his wife and his children, 36 Every man of them shall on that day have an affair which will occupy him. 37 Some faces that Day will be beaming, 38 laughing, rejoicing at glad tidings. 39 Some faces on that Day shall be dust-ridden, 40 Blackness will cover them. 41 They will be the unbelievers, transgressors. 42
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Practice memorizing the Quran (Hifz) with different levels from beginner to expert. Exercise pages hide some words depending on the level, also done in beautiful colors.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
