Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And raised high your fame? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
